Where the numbers come from

  • Overdue and due in 30 days count the Calendar rows that apply to Riverbend. Rows switched off by its Start Here answers do not count.
  • IRS annual return due is the 15th day of the 5th month after the June 30 fiscal year end, moved to Monday because the 15th is a Sunday. Riverbend's preparer still confirms it.
  • Months of unrestricted cash is total cash less unspent restricted grant money, divided by average monthly expenses from the Budget tab.
  • Budget used next to year gone compares expenses so far with the share of the fiscal year that has passed.
